Kitchen Daddy is a spice curry shop in the Nakanotana shopping arcade in central Hiroshima. A signature option is the aigake, which lets you pair a rich, thick roux with a lighter, smoother one on a single plate, while another dish arrives with a fried egg already on top. The freshly fried chicken katsu curry, at 830 yen, is a local favorite. Toppings are plentiful and prices stay reasonable, and the menu reaches well beyond curry to include a chicken nanban (fried chicken in a sweet-and-sour sauce with tartar) set meal and gapao rice (Thai-style basil stir-fry over rice). The owner's warm, friendly service makes the place comfortable even for solo diners, and in the evening it takes on the relaxed feel of a bar where you can linger over a drink.

ランチで訪問。濃厚なスパイスカレー！ お得なあいがけカレーはどちらのルーも濃厚で美味しい…目玉焼きが最初からトッピングなのが推せる…！！ 好きなトッピングをしてもリーズナブルで、贅沢したい日に嬉しいです。からあげもチキンカツも野菜の素揚げもカレーに合います！ 夜はお酒のアテメニューも登場し、コースもあるとか。バーみたいな雰囲気なので、おしゃれで楽しい夜になりそう。 美味しいカレーで大満足ランチでした。ごちそうさまでした！
チキンカツカレー 830円税込 とても美味しくいただきました。 サラッとしたスパイスカレーと 揚げたてのチキンカツが良いで すね。 中の棚商店街を歩いていたら 建物前にいっぱいカレーの写真。 気になり入らせていただく事に。 お店は建物１階の奥に有ります。 カレーの他には 麻婆豆腐丼、唐揚げ定食に チキン南蛮定食。 ガパオライスも有りましたよ。
旨味のパワーが強い系のカレーで個人的には凄い好みです。トッピングの種類が豊富且つリーズナブルなので、毎回迷います。 店員さんの接客やお店の雰囲気もフレンドリーで居心地も良かったです。(常連さんとお店の方が会話されているのが気になる人は雰囲気が合わないかも？)
ランチはカレー以外にも、定食が 何種類かあり今回は、 チキン南蛮定食をいただきました。 ボリューム満点なうえ、 リーズナブルなお値段で とても美味しくて お腹も心も満たされました。 店主も面白い方で居心地がよかったので 次は、夜に呑みに来たいなと思います！ ごちそうさまでした！！
ガパオライスを食べました。とっても美味しかったのでまたリピートしたいと思います。 1人で行っても大丈夫そうな雰囲気です。店員さんも気さくでリピーターの方とたのしく話をされてました。
