巻き下ろしをお願いしました。記念日だったので自然な感じで上品に仕上がって大満足です。本日の担当の方は穏やかな方で緊張せずに施術受けることができました。これからもお世話になります。
先週と今週、こちらでヘアセットをお願いしました。 先週担当してくださった方はとても丁寧で、相談にも親身にのってくださり、仕上がりにも満足していました。 ただ、今週担当された副店長の方の対応が非常に残念でした。 希望のスタイルを説明しても理解しようとせず、「じゃあ反対側にはその毛がないですけど、どうすればいいですか？」と高圧的に言われ、こちらが戸惑うと半笑いされてとても不快でした。 また、前髪のスタイルについても希望がありましたが、伝えたら嫌な反応をされそうで言い出せず、結果的にぐるんと巻かれてしまい、ナチュラルさがなく残念でした。 先週担当してくださった方がとても良かっただけに、今回は本当に落差を感じました。
ヘアセットで平日に予約しました。 手速く、でも丁寧に行っていただきました。 スタイリストの方もアシスタントの方も対応画良く、心地よく過ごせました。 ありがとうございます。
