Sushi Soten is an omakase sushi restaurant in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, where the rice, seasoned with gentle red vinegar (akazu), lets the flavor of each topping shine. In the evening, the 20,000 yen omakase course wins praise for delighting both the eyes and the palate, moving from small starter dishes to sashimi, grilled items, and nigiri sushi, and it is a popular choice for anniversaries and birthdays. Guests are also charmed by the cute celebration plates, the warm and friendly service from the staff, and the clean, refined space where you can watch the chef shape each piece of sushi right before you. The excellent sake selection and attentive hospitality are equally well received.

旅行で一休から予約して伺いました。自分以外は外国の旅行者でした。1人なのですがきちんと端の席でありがたい。値段に見合うだけのクオリティーです。

美味しくて幸せな時間を過ごせました。インターネットでお店探しをしていたのですが蒼天さんを選んで良かったです。プレートもすごく可愛かったです！あまりこの様な場所に慣れていないこともあり最初は緊張していたのですが、スタッフの方も優しく話しかけていただけて嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました♫
記念日に利用させて頂きました。 目でも舌でも楽しませて頂きました。 シャリには、赤酢を使っておられ、優しい酢の味で、ネタの美味しさが際立っていました。 ネタ＋組み合わせの素材も上品で、尚且つ、味も最高に美味しかったです。 お店の方も、とても親しみやすく、目の前で、素材を見せてくれたり、握る姿も見られ、店内も清潔で、高級感に溢れていて、至福の時間でした。 コースの料理の量も、ちょうど良かったてす。記念日プレートも、可愛く仕上げて頂きました。また、記念日に、利用したいです。ありがとうございました。
