子どもの頃の歯医者がトラウマで歯の治療はとにかく痛いという先入観がありしまが、こちらに通うようになって認識が変わりました。痛みも少なく、治療の説明や対応も丁寧で安心して治療を受けることができています。引っ越して通院に時間がかかるようになってしまいましたが病院を変えようと思えません。
電話がまったく繋がらなかった。何十回と、時間を置いて架けたがダメだった。実際に行ってみて何となく原因が分かったが、受付が1人だけ。ひっきりなしに掛かって来る電話を対応しながら、患者さんの対応をしていた。受付がもう1人いるだけでも、かなり状況は改善されると思う。先生は親切だった。
