Butaningen is a popular Jiro-style ramen shop in Higashi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. The bowls are built for density and richness: slowly simmered, meltingly tender pork, coarse and textured pork back fat, and a bold punch of garlic that together make for a deeply satisfying meal. The "aburasoba" style served without broth has also earned a loyal following. The shop holds a strong Google rating of 4.4, and diners are impressed by the kind, attentive service from the staff and the clean interior. You can tailor each bowl to your own taste, ordering it "zen-mashi" (every topping piled on to the maximum) or adding extras such as a raw egg or cheese. It stands out as one of the finest examples of Jiro-style ramen you can find in Sapporo.

子豚汁なし300g ニンニクのみ「普通」で他「マシ」を注文。 リピートしたくなる大変美味しいラーメンでした！ チャーシュー、味付け背脂、フライドガーリック 、麺どれをとっても大変美味しかったです！ ただ、店内の熱気に冷房が追い付いておらず、すごい暑かったので、行く際は軽装をおすすめします。
札幌東区の「豚人間」行ってきた🍜 大ラーメン全マシ。 見た目は“超山盛り系”というより、麺・脂・豚の密度で殴ってくるタイプ。 ヤサイは意外と食べやすめだったけど、ニンニクはかなりパンチ強い。 背脂も粒感しっかりで、ジャンク感かなり高め。 豚はホロっと柔らかく、脂の濃厚さがかなり良かった。 スープは思ったよりバランス良くて、普通に完飲できそうだった。 ただ、健康面を考えて自重😂 「量だけ」じゃなく、ちゃんと満足感ある二郎インスパイアだった。 〇キング好きな人は比較で行っても面白いと思う🔥
トッピング多数だったけど券売機のトラブル発生で困っていたら、店員さんが即座に優しく現金で神対応（ 凄 ）！ 二郎系のラーメンの美味さも何もかもが、レベチに圧倒的に圧巻に絶品に神ウマ【 笑 】！！ 皆さんも豚人間さんに行って、豚人間になろう（ 笑 ）！
夢を語れの頃から何回かお伺いしており、「汁なし」が自分的にすごくギルティで好きでした。 豚人間に代わってから気になってて、やっと行けました。 やっぱり汁なしは美味しく、 また近いうちに食べたくなる味でした。 ぐつぐつ煮込まれた豚肉はとても柔らかく味も染みてて、 ぴろっと完食させてもらいました。 ごちそうさまでした。お身体にご自愛ください。
自転車で散歩中に発見💡店員のお兄さんがとても親切で店内も綺麗で良かったです。全マシ生卵 チーズトッピング 札幌の二郎系の中ではダントツに美味しかったです
