At this Freshness Burger location in the GRANODE building in Hiroshima's Higashi Ward, the burgers are praised for being generously packed with vegetables, and the fries come out hot and fluffy. The shrimp burger uses three shrimp fritters and pairs them with a tartar sauce brightened by yuzu kosho (a spicy citrus and chili pepper paste), making for a lively bite. The menu also includes a classic burger, rotating limited-time specials, a plain hot dog, and chamomile tea. Inside, fresh flowers are arranged around the space, lending a quiet, soothing atmosphere that puts you at ease without making a fuss of it. The service is attentive and careful, and one of the real draws is that your order arrives within ten minutes of placing it.

平日昼に伺った時スタッフさんが優しくて丁寧な接客でした。ハンバーガーセットを注文し10分以内に提供していただけました。
10数年ぶりに広島に伺い、最初の食事で伺いました 他のファストフード店と違い、店内に生花が有るのってさりげなう癒されます プレーンドッグとカモミールティー 美味しゅうございました
受付の女性店員の方の態度が悪く、不快で、以降食べた料理の味が美味しく感じられませんでした。 受付でメニューを選び、注文するタイミングで声を掛けたら不機嫌そうに「今(レジの他の操作を)してるので」と。お客さんは友達ではないので、「少々お待ちください」くらいは言って欲しかったです。 また、食べている最中に両隣の拭き掃除をし始めたのにも呆れました。今食べてる横で掃除をされては、埃が立つとは思わないのでしょうか。空いている時間だったのですから、お客さんが帰った後にすればいいのに。配慮が足りないように思えます。 あと、マスク無しで何度も咳をしていたのも気になりました。 これら全て同一の店員の方です。 評判を聞いて、とても期待していただけに残念です。
バーガー食べながらお酒が飲めるとこ、野菜しっかり入ってるとこ、ポテトがホクホク系なとこが好き。
いつもはクラッシックバーガーを食べています。 海老バーガーはプリプリの海老フリッターが３尾で食べ応えがありました。 タルタルに柚子胡椒のアクセントが良かった。 少し価格は高くなりますが、期間限定のバーガーは楽しみです！
