At this celebrated bakery in Otaru, Hokkaido, the owner trained in France and bakes bread in a wood-fired oven, a reputation that draws a devoted following. Fans are especially smitten with the croissants, wonderfully crisp on the outside and soft and airy within. The fig and walnut bread invites a more grown-up way of enjoying it, paired with cheese and wine. The shop is popular enough that cars with local plates arrive one after another, and loaves can sell out almost as quickly as they come out of the oven. Some call it the finest in all of Hokkaido, and regulars agree that whatever you pick up here is delicious.

クロワッサンが美味い‼️ 小樽の夜御飯の時に店員さんに聞いて、来てみましたが、店舗のレトロな雰囲気も良く、買って直ぐにクロワッサン🥐を食べました‼️ 凄くサックサク😍‼️、ひとくち食べて直ぐ「美味い‼️」と言う言葉が思わず出て仕舞いますよぉ～‼️ 地元の方々の穴場でしょうね‼️ 地元ナンバーの車がどんどん入れ替わりに到着し、私の様な旅行者は居ませんでした。 旅行の際には是非に立ち寄って見てくださいね😍🖐️ そして、「美味い‼️」のひと言を感じてください。
言わずと知れたフランスパンの名店。 フランスで修業した店主がフランスの焼き釜（薪！）を使って作るパンは絶品でファンも多く、焼いてもすぐに売り切れるくらいです。 イチジクとクルミのパンにちょっとチーズをのっけてワインと一緒に楽しむなど、大人な楽しみ方もおすすめです。
晴れたのでドライブがてら初訪問です。 11時ちょっと過ぎに到着した時は車内でパンを食べているであろう車が3台。 店内は私達のみで、クチコミを見て目当てにしていたクロワッサンとオマンドを購入。 外は薄い層でかりかり、中はフワフワ。 クロワッサンってこんなに虜にされるとは思っていませんでした。 雪が溶けたら並ぶのを覚悟でまた行きます。 ハード系も次回は購入しようと思いました。
今回雪が降っている日に行ったので、空いていて選び放題で良かったー♪夏だと観光客なども来ていて結構混んでたり大好きなクロワッサン🥐が無くなったりしていますが、やっぱり『大雪』って天気予報で言っている日は当たりですね。ただ、今日は本当に雪が多かったので、国道を曲がった段階で道幅が狭く走り辛い感じでした。 観光で来たいお客様には、やはり夏に来ることをお勧めします。 パンはやっぱりクロワッサンがお薦めですが、その他のパンもどれも本当に美味しいです。私的には道内随一のパン屋さんです。
何を買っても美味しいです。 ノンフライヤーで翌朝クロワッサンを焼いたら、過去最高の美味しさでした。 Everything I buy is soooo delicious. The next morning I baked croissants in the air fryer and they were the best I've ever had. I decided to buy bread here every week.
