Tucked into an alley between JR Akihabara Station and Okachimachi Station, Hatsune Sushi Honten is a long-established, storied sushi restaurant, and many visitors are delighted to find its dining room spotlessly clean. The tokujo nigiri (top-grade hand-pressed sushi) is topped with generously large cuts of fish, while the lunchtime mikaku don (a rice bowl featuring seafood) draws praise for the freshness of the fish and the balance of the vinegared rice, leaving diners thoroughly satisfied. Warm, well-judged hospitality flows from the okami-san (proprietress) at the heart of the service, keeping just the right friendly distance. Beloved by local regulars, it is a distinguished neighborhood institution that has put down deep roots in the community.

町鮨は良い意味で少し小汚さというか、特有の雰囲気がある印象だったが、このお店は由緒あるにも関わらず清潔で良い意味で驚かされました。 鮨に関しては、「特上にぎり」を注文しました。 注文前は、この量で満たされるか不安でしたが、ネタが思った以上に大きいのでかなり満足感ありました🍣✨ 大将も女将さんも深入りしてこないぐらいの程よい距離感で接してくださいました。隣の方は常連さんらしき方でしたが楽しそうにお話しているのを横目に人柄が良さそうなのは伝わってきました🙌 家が近いので今後とも通い続けたいと思います！次回はちらしに挑戦したいです！
食事…ランチで味覚丼か二色丼をいただくことが多いが、魚の鮮度も良く非常に美味しい。個人的には酢飯の具合がちょうど良いと感じている サービス…女将と思われる方を中心に接客や気配りも非常に目が行き届いている印象 雰囲気…地元の方が行きつけにしている様子で地域に根付いていると感じる。夜は接待などでも利用されているようで、今後も残っていってほしい古き良き隠れた名店ではないか

ＪＲ秋葉原駅と御徒町駅の間、清洲橋通りから少し入った路地に立地する寿司屋さん、平日19時頃お邪魔しましたが、ほぼ満員の様子でした。 立食パーティーの後だったので、いきなり冷酒からスタート、突き出しはしらす、お刺身の盛り合せをお願いしました。そして焼き魚、最後はお寿司を握っていただき、満腹、満足となってお店を後にしました。ごちそうさまでした！
