カット＆パーマで来店しました！ 始める前にどんな感じがいいかの確認をしましたが、こちらの意見を聞いていただいた上で提案もしてくれるので、安心しておまかせ出来ました！ 他にも、髪のケアの相談にものっていただけてアドバイスもくれたので早速実践してみようと思います。 仕上がりも希望通り以上でとても満足しています！
定期的に行きますが、最初と最後に写真撮られるのがいやです。 私は写真嫌いなので辞めて欲しいです。 あくまでも私が嫌なだけで、やめて貰えたらストレスなくお店に行けます。 写真撮られるのが苦手なので何とかならないですかね。before、afterの写真、自分で見たくないので見た事もありません
3年ほどカットカラートリートメントで通ってる者です。 数日前のホットペッパーでのキャンセル二度したら出禁、二度と指名するなと言われる対応の酷い美容院です。 嫌がらせか分からないですがお店側からの当日キャンセル二度されてます。(理由は聞かされてません、当日に電話で言われます) なのにこちらが数日前にキャンセルしたらもう来ないでくださいと言われます。 担当者の壇杏奈さんの意向なのかお店の意向なのかは分かりませんが、壇杏奈さんは二度と指名しません。 とても不快な思いです。 ただ何度も通ってるので新しい美容院探しも面倒なので、通ってます。 既存のお客さん大事にしないで新規確保したいみたいですね。 お店側がドタキャンしてくるくせに客側のホットペッパーでのキャンセルには文句を言うの酷すぎて笑えました。 オーナーさんどうにかしてください💦 あと人によって技術低いです！
美容師さんと子育ての話題で盛り上がってとても嬉しかったです😭✨ キッズカットでおすすめの店なども教えていただきました。
お店側からキャンセルドタキャン当たり前、技術低くて最低な美容院！ もう通わなくて良いのでハッピーです🎶 いい美容院探してる方は行く意味ないので皆さん行かない方がいいと思います☺️ 口コミ2回消されてるのでいい評価は全てサクラなんだと思いました！
