Ropia's Hiratsuka Unidy branch is a combined store sharing a building with the home-improvement center Unidy, and shoppers praise how easy it is to use, thanks to a large free parking lot and wide, open aisles throughout the interior. The selection is extensive, with even alcohol available at reasonable prices, and on Saturday evenings the store buzzes with energy. Customers also speak warmly of the staff, who are friendly and helpful, and the way they pack purchases into your basket is singled out as careful and skillful. Altogether it is a shop where you can count on a pleasant, comfortable trip every time you visit.

駐車場が広く無料なので使い勝手はいいです。 店内も広く売ってる物も豊富です。 1つ欠点を上げるとすれば、レジ前の通路ともう端っこの通路との間に横切る通路はないので店内の移動がしづらい上です。 特に土日は非常に混み合いますのでかなり時間に余裕を持って買い物したほうがよいです。
『ロピア』とホームセンター『ユニディ』と複合店舗。かなり広く豊富なアイテムが揃っています。 湘南OSCからも大きな道路を挟んで反対側（渡るには横断歩道が少し遠くて迂回する形ですが、徒歩6〜7分ぐらい）なので、どちらからもハシゴできるありがたい立地です。
パーティーなどでまとめ買いをするならありだが、例えばヨーグルトなどの小物を揃えようとすると、他より高い。 つまり、ここはメガパック以外の商品に魅力がない。 昼間に行くと、常にダルそうにしているレジのオバサン達が、ロクに挨拶もしないで接客するし、店として覇気や活気が全くないから面白くもない。
少し大きめのロピアに行きたいときに利用させてもらってます。土曜日の夕方はとても混んでいて活気があります。色々リーズナブルそうです。お酒も安めです。
萩園店、藤沢ミスターマックス店へも行きますが平塚店が1番好きです。 駐車場も広いですし、店内の通路が広い、何よりスタッフさん達が優しいしカゴに詰めるのも上手です！笑 他の店舗へ行った際、ぐじゃぐじゃに入れられたりお肉の袋が入ってなかったりとモヤっとしましたがここではいつも気持ちよく買い物できます。
