Tucked away in the Tana industrial district of Sagamihara, this hidden-gem steakhouse has an easygoing American atmosphere and a menu built around charcoal-grilled meat. The signature "Cherry's Combo" pairs a thick, meaty hamburg steak that spills its juices across the sizzling iron plate with a tender, juicy cut of harami (skirt steak); both go beautifully with the accompanying lemon butter or butter-and-soy sauce. The blue cheese burger draws praise as well, as does the motsu nikomi (slow-simmered offal stew) enriched with gyusuji (beef tendon). The aroma of meat grilled over charcoal fills the relaxed dining room, and because the tables fill up fast, reservations are recommended at this popular spot.

田名の工場地帯にある隠れ家的なステーキハウス。扉を開けた瞬間から炭火でお肉が焼ける香ばしい匂いに包まれ、一気に食欲がそそられます。今回は人気の「チェリーズコンボ」を注文しました。熱々の鉄板に乗ったハンバーグにナイフを入れると、中から肉汁がじゅわっと溢れ出してきます。つなぎをほとんど感じさせない肉々しい強めの食感で、お肉本来の旨味がガツンと楽しめました。セットのハラミステーキも非常に柔らかく、絶妙な焼き加減でジューシー。添えられたレモンバターやソースとの相性も抜群で、最後まで飽きることなく大満足で完食できました。アメリカンで落ち着いた雰囲気の店内もオシャレで居心地が良く、お肉をお腹いっぱい食べたい時には間違いなくお勧めしたい名店です。
ハンバーグランチを食べました。ジューシーで普段食べるハンバーグとは全然違って美味しかったです。ハンバーグ200gで1650円位。去年からライスは別で250円でした。合計1900円は高価すぎると感じました。 お米の相場が下がってきているのでライス付きでないと中々行けないと思いました。 また14時頃行ったのですが終了の雰囲気を醸し出しててちょっと居づらかったです。水もセルフサービスなら一声言ってもらえれば助かります。
【ブルーチーズバーガーとチェリーコンボ】 ブルーチーズバーガーは塩味が肉の旨さを更に引き立てていて旨い。生ラムステーキも柔らかくてジューシー。 そしてもつ煮込み！ 牛すじもたっぷり入っており満足の1品。
お肉が柔らかくて美味しかった。特にバター醤油タレが好みの味で残さずペロリと食べられた。
とにかくお肉が美味しかったです ハラミステーキは柔らかくて もっとグラム数を 増やしてもペロっと 食べられそうです 家の近くにこんな美味しい お店があったとは…です すぐに満席になるので 前もって席の予約は しておいたほうが良さそうです
