Yoshizawa is a Japanese restaurant in Roppongi Hills, in Tokyo's Minato ward. It is praised for dashi broth that draws out the flavor of seasonal ingredients and lets each element speak for itself, and for the strikingly beautiful presentation of its hassun (an assortment of small seasonal appetizers) that can make guests exclaim aloud. Even the tableware and decorative touches reflect the passing of the four seasons, so that diners can experience the changing time of year through all five senses while remaining in the heart of the city. The restaurant offers private rooms as well as interpretation devices, and guests enjoy a multi-course meal accompanied by the warm, attentive hospitality of the staff.

料理は全部美味しかったし、盛り付けも器も美しくて、エンターテイメントもあってとても満足度が高い。通訳機器も完備していて、海外のお客さんに優しい。強いて言えばコースの量が多すぎて最後は苦しくて食べきれずちょっと残念な気持ちになりまきた。女性向けの少し量が少なめのコースがあれば嬉しかったかなと思いました。
六本木ヒルズの和食店「よし澤」。季節ごとに訪れたくなる一軒です。 旬の食材はもちろん、器の選び方まで季節感に満ちていて、お正月・お雛様・雪景色など、日本の移ろいを料理とともに味わえるのが魅力。街中では感じにくい四季を、ここでは五感で楽しめます。 特に印象的なのが八寸。盛り付けが本当に美しく、思わず毎回「わぁ、綺麗」と声に出てしまうほど。 都会にいながら季節を感じたい時におすすめのお店です。
出汁や素材の味が活かされていてとても美味しかったです！お店のスタッフの皆様のおもてなしも最高でした。またお伺いしたいお店です。
夜のコースで海外の方と合わせて6名を予約しました 近い時期に予約が取れたので 助かりました 個室で会話もしやすいし お酒のおちょこですがみんな違うデザインから選んでいい気分だ 食べ物については結論からですと皆さんはあまり好きじゃなかったが自分は悪くないと思います(単純に日本料理は慣れないだけ) 料理自体は量が多くて(5人は女性) 魚の土鍋ご飯はたくさん残って お土産として私は持ち帰りができてフライパンで焼いておこげとして食べました すごく美味しかった
ランチで伺いました。 どれも盛り付けが綺麗で、味はもちろんのこと香りや見た目でも楽しむことができました。 3月は桃の節句ということで、ひな祭りをイメージした器や飾りが素敵でした🌸
